FACT: This is a lie by distortion. First of all, science does not "prove"anything. What science does is to test hypotheses and tentatively support or reject hypotheses as based on the evidence. Secondly, there is no such thing as "THE" Theory of Evolution. There is a science known as Evolutionary Biology and that is just the study of evolutionary hypotheses and theories. You cannot test the validity of a field of science, that is totally absurd. You can no more "test" Evolutionary Biology than you can "test" Chemistry or Physics. These are fields of science that simply exist. Morris confuses Evolutionary Biology with processes of evolution and that is done on purpose to confuse the naive public who are not trained in the field of genetics and evolutionary biology. YES...you can indeed test the various hypotheses in the field of Evolutionary Biology. In fact testing of the various ideas is accomplished every day. Some hypotheses have been tested and falsified (e.g. mutationism, inheritance of aquired characteristics, saltationism) but others have been tested and supported by the evidence (e.g. natural selection, punctuated equilibrium). Finally, it does not always take millions of years to produce results, it may only take a few days or weeks depending on what organism and what hypothesis or theory is being tested. Don't be misled by the clever lies of Henry Morris.
